LAUNDRY -There are coin operated washer & dryers located on the ground floor. Outside of the property there is a back gate, go outside of the gate and turn Right.

In regards to parking, we do have space for loading and unloading in front of the property, however no 'day' or 'overnight' parking  - parking is a challenge and expensive throughout Waikiki. You might want to consider using Hui Car Share. Hui Car Share is an easy way to rent a car in Hawaii. Use the Hui app to flexibly rent a car for an hour, half-day, or full day. Please note there is construction noise that will affect the property. Our rates are deeply discounted to account for any inconvenience. No additional discounts will be given before, during or after your stay.
- this property is a low-rise walkup building, there is No elevator
- our entire property including the common areas is non-smoking, vape and e-cigarettes, there is a $150 fine for smoking at our property
- quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am
 
Insects, Geckos, and anything of such nature are a valuable part of the Hawaii eco-system. We assure you we have all our condos, including this one, treated quarterly for household insects. While it is rare to see such inside the apartment, it is always possible given our environment.
