Please note there is construction noise that will affect the property. Our rates are deeply discounted to account for any inconvenience. No additional discounts will be given before, during or after your stay.
 
- this property is a low-rise walkup building, there is No elevator
- there is no onsite parking
- our entire property including the common areas is non-smoking, vape and e-cigarettes, there is a $150 fine for smoking at our property
- quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am
 
Guest access
enjoy the ground floor common area including tables, chairs and an outdoor shower to rinse off sand after coming back from the beach - also beach chairs and body boards are available to borrow located in the common area - surfboard locking rack available, however please provide your own padlock - we take no responsibility for personal property loss or damage
